  • It’s a great Development with the average square foot cost coming in at a reasonable $963 It is also close to the historical powerhouse with Balzac coffee house And spectacular Foundry lofts Which has a 16,000 ft.² atrium It’s currently selling for Less Then $800 a square foot with parking.
