Real estate runs deep through the Mizzoni blood. At the age of 19, Andrew became one of the youngest Realtors in the province, following in the footsteps of his uncles James Mizzoni, who was a successful real estate broker and past president of the Toronto Real Estate Board, and Daniel Mizzoni who has been in the business for over 40 years.
After learning the nuances of the industry, Andrew found his passion selling pre-construction homes and condos for some of the GTA's most iconic home builders. Over the years he has served the needs of hundreds of families and is ranked among the top 1% of Realtors in the Toronto Real Estate Board. Andrew is also a honours graduate of Business at Seneca College.

That is the only interaction I have had with the agent so to answer the questions so soon without having much to do with him is not really fair with the answers I have provided. Perhaps these surveys should go out when you have more dealings with the agent. Overall he was very helpful and provided the answers I requested.
