Keep in mind that in the center of Toronto the apartments are very small and very expensive! Like in all big cities, in order to find housing, you will need a guarantor who has enough revenue and that works in Toronto and its surroundings, that has great credits or in the absence at least six months of rent. Also beware to not get scammed, and for more chances make sure to plan widely in term of deadlines because it might take longer and will allow for the real estate agent to find you a property that meet your criteria as well as the places to avoid.
