My number 1 priority has always been to provide excellence in customer service. I pride myself on being responsive to my client’s needs. Appreciating that every person is different when it comes to their wants and needs, I spend time on asking questions and listening to the answers. I have had the pleasure of working with people from various cultures and ethnicities and feels great pride in assisting new immigrants with their first home. A strong negotiator, I attribute my skills with years of selling media to senior level executives, in various Fortune 500 companies. Being both strategic and a quick thinker allows me to provide the best advice to my clients, when dealing with offers especially in a multiple offer situation. Being creative has also been an asset to my clients as I look for different ways to promote my sellers to buyers and find my buyers homes. Over the years, I have had a progressive real estate career and got my Broker’s Licence in 2012. I also spent time as the Broker of Record, responsible for a small independent brokerage. I recently joined Royal LePage Terrequity and was awarded a Gold Team Award, for total number of transactions, with my partner Steve Walker. I enjoy building relationships with my clients which is confirmed by my repeat and referral business.
