  • No doubt a super location with a reputable builder. Great workmanship on the interior of the suites and superb customer service. Just one major issue that has all current residences up in arms; our parking is located at 39 QQE (2 buildings over) from where we live. The Developer has basically inconvenienced all the residences of the podium and tower, to accommodate public parking and the Redpath Suger Factory employees.
    We are all amazed that such a reputable builder can even phatham that this is acceptable???
