  • I wonder who these people are giving them good reviews. Either realtor for the townhouse, or people who has never passed by this development. One of the worst development I have ever seen (I've inspected condos and townhouses for over 10 years). ...and their customer service, just wow. Pass by this project, and see for yourself. Understandable maybe if these were under 200K, but over half a million property, disappointing. At least be decent, average. This building needs a star rating of negative 5. Clearly Duca and Janik Group, have no clue what they are doing. I wonder how long this review will last here
