    Very convenient location on Kennedy Rd/Highway 401 
  • This place is cursed by people whose hard earned money kept for 3 years and returned because of hidden personal benefits.

    I pity legal system who favoured builder did not allowed the development to take place with initial investment.

  • The Condos surrounded by a very welcoming and friendly environment. It took me just 30 seconds to hop on the Hwy401. Variety of grocery stores around the buildings, such as Metro, Foody World, and Costco. I'm suprised that there are so many choices of the furniture shops near by, even the trendy Structube. I personally recommond this condos as a relaxing home place! 
  • Very friendly service, seems to be a good project for investment. They have shown decent progress, wish to see more results in the future. 
  • Great location and reasonable price. Lots of good things are happening around. The place is definitely worthy of investment. 
  • This place is bad luck. This new project is being built on a previous cancelled project. Kennedy condos where people had there money stuck for 2 years
