    • Horriable builder. Quality is cheap and you will notice it once you move in. Good luck to anyone who buys from this builder. Make sure to use tarion to back you up and get money back for poor quality. Worse builder by far! 
    • Would not buy or recommend this builder. Their finishes are terrible and poor. The trades they use are so bad and have no skills. If you see or the most part the people that left positive views are probably friends and family. Take a close look at things like cabinet for damages and grout on tiles and colour of it. Do your research before you invest with this builder. By far one of the worst ones I have come across.

      I like the fact that this development is downtown. Unfortunately due to all the other developments, the view is partially obstructed. The extent of this issue is truly dependent on the location of the unit purchased which is buyer's choice.
