EVERHOME MARKHAM
. A forward thinking community with its focal point being a Central Courtyard for all of the residents to enjoy. The community comprises of

The Lounge connects to an exterior garden patio for private functions complete with seating and a barbecue. On the second level, a Kids Play Room and a Theatre Room will be available. The Amenity Pavilion connects directly to the Central Courtyard.
. The Central Courtyard† occupies approx. 10,000 SF of soft and hard landscaping, including a Social Pavilion under a trellised canopy immediately outside of the NORTH and SOUTH Blocks. Pet Washing Area, Bike Repair Station, E-charging for bikes are also available. Outdoor play equipment would be found within the Central Courtyard.
. The vehicle ramp at the entrance of the community leads to P1, for guest/resident drop-off area, car share vehicle, residential/retail guest parking and secured residential parking.
