  • They are super slow at bringing everything together. Was supposed to be ready when I moved in summer 2019. A year has passed and I wake up at 7 am every morning with LOUD construction noise as if they are on top of my head. When they are way higher up it’s just the noise comes all the way down. Nothing is ready, and won’t be for a long time so don’t listen to the management. They are useless and haven’t been helpful or listened to any or my concerns. It should be illegal to live here. the floor plans are awkward. However my main problem with them is that the management act like they listen and are productive but they aren’t. The fire alarms go off multiple times a day for testings, it has been a year and this has been my life for this whole year. I would not recommend this building unless you are desperate to live in yorkville. I regret signing a lease with them and if Covid didn’t happen I would’ve moved out way before and broken my lease. Don’t make the same mistake I made and don’t buy or lease here. They aren’t truthful people running things here and it’s just not a comfortable environment. There are way better buildings in yorkville so please do your research. I would say the only positive thing is the location.

Location, location, location! it is just what I m looking for. The size of the floor plan that I am considering is also a determining factor on my choice to make The Yorkville Plaza II my home. On the other hand, the proximity of the two buildings comprising this development is a little bothersome. I would have also liked to see more 2br+2ba on the project; what are left for sale are only 1+1, which are great only for investment purposes or temporary residence.
