    • Great location. Friendly front desk and responsive management team. 
    • Unfortunately, I live in this poorly constructed place. From the time I moved in till now I have issues in the unit. Beginning with "very smart" construction workers forgetting to install HVAC vent in the bedroom!!!! Next, there was a horrific smell in the bathroom where apparently the toilet was not attached properly. And topping these all up, HVAC and plumbing pipes.... They make horrific ruttling sound every hour during the night!!! And no one know why and how to fix it. So, I am in the midst of moving out from this $h*t whole!!! Never ever ever move in here !!! Even people who manage the building are saying it's garbage! I will be posting the video soon on social media about this place! 
    • Would not recommend moving into this building. I’ve been living here for less than two weeks... and every day it’s a new issue. Not only are the staff incompetent and hard to deal with, but the building has problems. Appliance issues, screen door installed poorly, water temperature issues. Oh, and if you have a car, good luck trying to find a parking spot to rent or buy, it’s near impossible.

      This is almost sold out, but still some available. My clients have bought a unit and the area upscale surrounded by nicer homes. The Yonge Subway line and the Eglinton Cross town subway line will make this ideal for TTC users. Lots of restaurants, shops, theater, large grocery and more on the way and just lots to do makes this a perfect place to live or invest!
