Great location. Friendly front desk and responsive management team. 

Unfortunately, I live in this poorly constructed place. From the time I moved in till now I have issues in the unit. Beginning with "very smart" construction workers forgetting to install HVAC vent in the bedroom!!!! Next, there was a horrific smell in the bathroom where apparently the toilet was not attached properly. And topping these all up, HVAC and plumbing pipes.... They make horrific ruttling sound every hour during the night!!! And no one know why and how to fix it. So, I am in the midst of moving out from this $h*t whole!!! Never ever ever move in here !!! Even people who manage the building are saying it's garbage! I will be posting the video soon on social media about this place! 

Would not recommend moving into this building. I’ve been living here for less than two weeks... and every day it’s a new issue. Not only are the staff incompetent and hard to deal with, but the building has problems. Appliance issues, screen door installed poorly, water temperature issues. Oh, and if you have a car, good luck trying to find a parking spot to rent or buy, it’s near impossible. 

Big infinity pool means big maintenance fee in future! Good luck to owners!

Close to Subway and LRT Very well connected 

This is almost sold out, but still some available. My clients have bought a unit and the area upscale surrounded by nicer homes. The Yonge Subway line and the Eglinton Cross town subway line will make this ideal for TTC users. Lots of restaurants, shops, theater, large grocery and more on the way and just lots to do makes this a perfect place to live or invest! 

Can't go wrong with this one...will be the best condo in the Yonge & Eglinton area...in my opinion!

This project is going to be a landmark building in the Yonge & Eglinton area. This WILL be one of those buildings that people will want to live in. That's why it makes an incredible investment property. So much so that I bought one myself!!!

The lack of brochures and information available about the development. It looks great from what I've seen online but would like some hard copies to take home.

Prices way too high for smaller and smaller spaces and what's with 8 foot ceilings for some floors? 

This should be a very interesting project. Looking forward to seeing this one! 

Freed's previous projects are among some of my favourites and I'm sure Art Shoppe Condos, being one of the hottest new projects in an area poised for massive growth won't fail to impress! 

The Art Shop store used to be my favourite place to purchase latest trends in furniture and home decorations. The construction of the exciting new Art Shop Condo Project at this site ensures the quality and reputation associated with its name.
