1. Ceiling Heights
a. In order to deliver the highest quality living spaces, we have specifically designed the building to ensure each residence has a flat ceiling
b. Residences on levels 2 and 3 will feature 9’ finished ceilings
c. Residences on levels 4 to 8 will feature 10’ finished ceilings

2. Hardware
a. All residences include a selection of carefully curated, designer selected door hardware; offered in matte black or polished chrome finish

3. Paint
a. All walls and ceilings will be primed by Blackdoor

4. Lighting
a. Capped ceiling outlets for light fixtures provided in rotundas, master bedrooms, living & dining rooms, and above kitchen islands

5. Doors
a. All residences will feature extended height, 8’ doors throughout

6. Trim
a. Each residence will include 7” tall baseboards and matching trim from Black door collection. Trim to include all baseboards, door casing, and shoe moldings

7. Technology
a. Each residence at the Rhodes will include rough-ins for high-speed internet, wall-mounted TV’s, security & alarm systems, motorized blinds, digital thermostats, and CAT-5 cables for integration with smart home systems

8. HVAC
a. Each residence has been equipped with one (or more) 4-pipe fan coil units. The 4-pipe fan coil units include separate hot water supply/hot water return and cold water supply/cold water return, creating two completely independent loops. This allows the suite to have heating or cooling, as required, at any time of year.

a. All Kitchens to feature extended height custom cabinetry designed by ABI exclusively for The Rhodes

e. BBQs may be permitted, subject to proper venting conditions being achievable in the Developers sole opinion
