  • Oh please don't trust the developer's estimate maintenance fee, because that's a straight-up lie! The maintenance fee ended up becoming almost $1/sq including the valet parking maintenance. Are they charging the residents illegally? I don't think they are allowed to jack up the price for more than 10% of the estimated price according to the Ontario Conusmer Act.

    The assigned management company is useless, because at the end of the day it's Amexon Property Management that makes the decision for the majority of the amenities. But Amexon people always play dumb by either saying it's not their position to talk or ignoring residents' emails. Seriously?! I can't believe such poor after-sale customer service happens in a city like Toronto.
