    • The smallest suite is 803 sq. ft. which is massive compared to the shoe boxes you get downtown. Prices reflect post covid-19 material and labour cost increases. No bachelor pads, 1 bdrm, or 1 bdrm+den. Living spaces with 2 berm, 2bdrm+den, and 3 bdrm. Notice the $10,000.00 development levy. Our city making badly needed homes more costly. Governments want everyone else but themselves to take a financial hit for "affordable homes".

      Too expensive. Better deals out there.
      Example: rent in that area is 2100 for 1br 500 sq no parking at $600k. There's condos downtown that are $600k post 2018 that have rental income of $2500+. Pricing a scarb condo at current downtown prices is not good value
