Founded in 2014, Kaleido Developments is a family run company that was created with the vision of developing unique communities within the GTA; specializing in low rise townhomes and commercial plazas. Founder Dave Martino, branched into real estate developments after many years of mortgage investment capital raises for other development partners. During this time and previous years in real estate, our team has acquired the experience and skills required to effectively manage and oversee development projects through the zoning and approval process. Kaleido’s sister company (Kaleido Financial) founded in 2013 has led the way by raising the capital needed to ensure our developments are properly funded, through the cycle of zoning to completion of the project.

​Through partnerships and careful scrutiny, Kaleido has partnered and completed many projects in areas such as Brampton, Schomberg, Toronto, and North York. Since 2014, under the umbrella company Kaleido Corporation, our development company now owns multiple residential projects across the GTA.
