The Hyde Park Homes Group has been involved in real estate investment, development and construction for over 50 years. We have successfully completed all types of commercial and residential developments in the greater Toronto area including retail convenience, mixed residential-retail, single family, townhouse, stacked townhouse, mid-rise and hi-rise condo projects. Since 2007, we have co-developed two projects with Lamb Development Corp in Toronto: The King East, a 14 storey 215 unit residential – retail condominium project and Riverside Towns, a 63 unit stacked townhouse project. Our third project, East 55, a proposed 24 storey hi rise condominium on the east side of Toronto, in Old Town, will be starting construction in the fall of 2017.
