Over 20 years ago, our first foray into real estate was a small building situated in the original 10 block site laid out by Lieutenant-Governor John Graves Simcoe in the late 18th century. What would later become Toronto anchored the growth, development, and prosperity of Canada’s largest city? It also provided the foundation for 10 Block’s own vision for property development in the GTA and beyond.
