  • Overpriced for the Area. Literally half a million dollars for a place right next to train tracks and a high school. 
  • I’ve lived in a Pratt built condo in Barrie Ont. for just over 13 months.
    During the purchasing process there was a lot of talk of the walls and ceilings having extra noise absorbing materials and the condo would be quiet. We purchased on the top floor, there is a rooftop patio, when people are on the roof it sounds like there is a herd of elephants in my unit. The living room floors shakes when my wife walks in the hall or does a load of laundry. The doors between the den and dining room don’t close. Someone came to look at them last July, said they had to reinstall doors and door frame, to date, haven’t returned.
    We have numerous defects in our unit that have yet to be repaired, some minor but some major. . These defects were identified during our PDI before we moved in or our 30 day inspection, 12 months ago.
    When we contact Pratt about these warranty items, they say they will look into it.
