    • I live directly benind the construction of this condo, and am following its construction with great interest. Currently a tower is being installed that is fascinating to watch!. The workmen are very professional and polite. By the time they finish, I could get a job in construction if I wasn't too old. But I AM too old, so I watch it for fun.

      High drug trafficing known to be in this area. Lack of large grocery, such as Metro etc. Keep in mind, I am wheelchair bound, so I need a certain amount of confidence in an area. I only go out during day hours, so this MAY still work in phase 2 or 3. 

      Really liking the location of this project, especially as it compares to surrounding prices.

      You're close to everything, including schools, which is great for investors, but more importantly, you are very close to some Luxury buildings with really high price per square feet. This will add to your value in the upcoming years.
