    • They are canceling their contacts with existing purchasers if they they don’t get permit by the city by Feb 04, 2019. the project won’t be canceled and they are still selling their units with much higher price. I wouldn’t trust investing with them. 
    • 5959 Yonge street doesn't have city permit. The Purchasers have received a letter that the builder will terminate their contract by Feb 04, 2019 if the Builder doesn't receive a permit by the City.
