    • This is the worst managed building. Major issues are never addressed ie. elevator breakdowns -- often there is only ONE elevator serving 41 FLOORS of residents. At times there has been ZERO working elevators. Even the concierge are scared to take the elevators! Additionally, hot water frequently turns off for no reason, there are frequently break ins. Oh and if you want a parcel, be prepared to wait up to an hour because there is only one concierge working for the entire building at ALL times.
