The following is included in the purchase price and is standard to all suites:
• Porcelain tile flooring on acoustic underlay in foyers (where applicable), kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Choice of porcelain or wood in living/dining areas.
• Carpet on underlay in bedrooms.
• Kitchen cabinets feature horizontal flip-up upper cabinets with frosted glass cabinet feature, granite
countertops, mosaic tile backsplash, single under-mount stainless steel sink, single hole lever faucet.
• Suites greater than 600 square feet include a counter depth 24” stainless steel fridge, 30” electric
stainless steel slide-in range, 24” stainless steel dishwasher, 30” OTR stainless steel microwave.
• Suites less than 600 square feet include a compact appliance package with a counter depth 24” stainless
steel fridge, 24” electric stainless steel range, 18” stainless steel dishwasher, 24” stainless steel
under-cabinet hood fan.
• Bathrooms include vanity to match kitchen, stone countertop, single lever faucet, under-mount white
sinks, choice of single flush two piece toilet or dual flush two piece toilet.
• Tile tub surrounds and tile shower walls (as per plans).
• Bathrooms with tubs only have a showerhead, valve and diverter, and tub filler.
• Bathrooms with walk-in showers only (as per plans) have a showerhead and valve.
• Custom framed mirror in all bathrooms.
• Approximately 8’ ceiling heights on floors 2-7, and approximately 9’ ceiling heights on floors 8-29;
in all main living areas except where bulkheads occur.
• Smooth plaster ceilings.
• White stacked apartment size washer and dryer.
• Painted drywall walls, flush interior doors and baseboard.
• Individually controlled fan-coil heating and air-conditioning.
• Separate ensuite systems for kitchen, bathroom and dryer exhausts, concealed by drywall bulkheads.
• Pre-wired telephone/Internet and cable outlets.
