The Building:

- authentic train foundry conversion into 104 vintage lofts and a 16,000 sq.ft. indoor living atrium
- one-, two- and three-storey lofts
- contemporary designer lobby with exposed original brick and two elevator cabs
- windows and skylights fill the living atrium full of light - the atrium consists of benches, trees and cobblestone like patented concrete walkways

Engineering:
- each loft will have an energy efficient heating/air conditioning system with its own thermostat and fan control

the purchaser acknowledges that finishing and decorative materials contained in any model loft or sales office including broadloom, furniture, electrical fixtures, drapes, flooring, cabinets, mirrors, etc. may be for display purposes only and may not be of the same grade or type, or may not be included in the loft.
