Principal's Bio Nick Ainis is the principal of the organization and carries a Bachelor of Technology degree in Architectural Science and Project Management, from Ryerson University. As principal, he has a solid track record for timely completions and excellence in construction and has developed a reputation as one of the industries finest highrise residential project managers and leaders in construction. During his 12+ years, he has managed and assisted on 12 major construction projects and 8 technical audits under difficult and demanding conditions.
