Rosehaven Homes introduces “H.E.R.S.” Home Energy Rating System to Ivy Rouge in Oakville. All of our designs have been reviewed and assessed by a third-party Certified Home Energy Rating System (H.E.R.S.) Rater. Each home will be built to exceed the current Ontario Building Code Requirements. The Certified H.E.R.S.
