Block Nine Condos North Tower

The finishes in my brand new lower penthouse condo are unfinished and rushed. The flooring, for example, installed in my unit is completely the wrong colour. Two representatives from Amacon even proved that the flooring is wrong. Yet, they have done nothing about it. My husband and I have brought our issues to Amacon’s attention via many means. It appears that they are simply ignoring us or taking our complaints in circles. For example, I have emailed InfoTO, who told me to contact customer care. Customer care told me to contact InfoTO. This doesn’t make any sense!

My husband and I have been living in boxes, and sleeping on the floor, as we wait to hear back from Amacon regarding our flooring. In addition, there are holes in our celling, walls, and outlets have not even been installed properly. Our marble counter top vanity is cracked, and they have informed me that they are “variences in colour.” We are very upset and no one is doing anything to help us. Amacon is simply buck passing our complaints thru different departments.
