Breaking into our Top 3 is Valera Condos, a 9-storey building that will be part of a community with townhomes and another building consisting of a 10-storey tower and a 3-storey podium.Residents will be treated to plenty of amenity space, including an outdoor pool and spacious terrace. Valera Condos is located in suburban Burlington, a great escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto and offers a wide variety of local amenities, schools, and transit.
