      I am interested in a Boutique Low Rise Condo not a 24 storey High Rise. I also would rather a development with basic amenities like a fitness room and party room only. No concierge. No clubhouses. No dog spa. No swimming pool. No entertainment centre. No Rooftop BBQs or Lounges. This is all money generating/depleting methods. For a single Mom with children in University, this just won't cut it!
