General
• All interior finishing materials are to be chosen with the assistance of Vogue Interior Design Consultants
• All materials and other selections for which the Purchaser is entitled to make a selection are to be chosen from the Vendor’s
samples and are as per the Vendor’s specifications. The Purchaser shall only be entitled to make such selections provided that
the items are not already ordered or installed

Two Year Warranty Protection:
• The home is free from defects in workmanship and material including caulking, windows, and doors so that the building
prevents water penetration
• Defects in workmanship and materials in the electrical, plumbing, heat delivery and distribution systems
• Defects in workmanship and materials, which result in the detachment, displacement or deterioration of exterior cladding
• Violations of the Ontario Building Code’s Heath and Safety provisions
• Warranties are limited to the requirements established by the Tarion New Home Warranty Act
