ADI Development Group presents a collection of towns and condo mid-rises to the town of Burlington. The proposed mixed-use development designed by Core Architects and ICON Architects will be completed in two phases.

Traditional Townhouses
The traditional townhouse is one that typically has three or more houses lined up next to each other with shared walls on either side with the units beside you. A traditional town usually offers residents their own garage, a backyard and certainly offers their own private entrance.

Back-to-Back Townhouses
The main difference between back-to-back towns and traditional/row housing is the sharing of more walls and the fact that the townhouse block has two fronts. Back-to-back share a rear wall in addition to a sidewall. There is no “backyard” on either home which allows for each unit to have its own entrance at grade.

This will consist of a townhome development and 8 and 10-storey condominiums. The two buildings will be connected by a 3-storey podium with commercial space at ground level and amenity space located on the third floor. Expect approximately 1,445 sq ft of amenity space that will feature an outdoor pool and spacious terrace.
