Valera Community

Valera is a multi-phased community by ADI Developments in Burlington.

The first phase will consist of a townhome development and thereafter, the 9 and 10-storey condominiums will be completed. The two buildings will be connected by a 3-storey podium with commercial space at ground level and amenity space located on the third floor. Expect approximately 1,445 sq ft of amenity space that will feature an outdoor pool and spacious terrace.
