      I don’t know the developer enough to comment, but I find for the most part the suites are thoughtfully designed and I like that many units have deeper or larger balconies. I’m not happy the bathroom sink area is so tight - if there are helpful storage spots by the sink it could be noted. I also appreciate the number of suites with more square living spaces vs narrow (10’) bowling alley that won’t fit furniture. Well done.
      I’m disappointed that the builder has not included a detailed site plan in the brochure - without it I can’t be sure what I might be interested in.
