      My biggest concern will be the neighbourhoid. I need to put in more research.
      The biggest attraction is the purchase price and the flexibility in down payment. 
      5% Down - Are is going through revitalization process. You can't get these prices anywhere in the 416.

      Some phases are in bad locations or close to bad neighbourhoods. Square footage of 1 bedroom and 1 + 1 bedroom units are very low. Small units.  
      We are halfway through the Regent Park Revitalization Project, and this project promises to be a milestone for the area.

      All the Parks, Aquatic Facilities, Soccer Fields, in the area are already created.
