- 3/4" high performance tongue and groove OSB sub flooring material throughout

PAINTING

      Great location in high demand. Homes are beautiful

      Good project and excellent builder. Prices are very competitive considering that not much freehold inventory available in the market. Room sizes are good. Rates for per square footage are quite low as compare to other builders.
