• The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that variations in color and shade uniformity may occur and the colors, patterns and availability of samples displayed in the presentation center and/or model homes may vary from those displayed and available at the time of color selection.

TARION WARRANTY (corporation's coverage)
• 7 years: major structural defects
• 2 years: plumbing, heating, electrical systems and building envelope
• 1 year: all other items
• Purchaser agrees to pay the TARION warranty enrollment fee on closing as an adjustment.

      It just came down to cost, it was out of my price range.  
      Awesome project and the location... 
      Great project in an amazing location. Lakeshore - particularly the Lakeview area is getting a tremendous amount of investment to rejuvenate the entire community. Prices will keep increasing in the area as more and more projects come along.
