Southport Square is a New Condo, Townhome development by State-Building located at The Queensway and Windermere , Toronto.

Proposed by State Building Group, Southpoint Square Condos will be located at a prime address next to Toronto’s largest park, High Park.

Building A and Building B will rise from a 3-storey podium and will house 558 suites combined. This development will also feature a collection of townhomes located at the north side of the site.

Building A: 26 storeys - east building will feature 35,000 sq ft of retail space at street level. Early renderings show the potential of a grocery store occupying some of the retail space.
Building B: 29 storeys - west building.
Building C: Separate block of 16 three-storey townhomes and commercial space.

Currently, this portion of the Swansea neighbourhood is a “Growth to Watch” area which makes this a smart place to invest in now. With major projects, commercial and residential underway, this west end locale will be a hot spot in the near future.
