1. General
1.1 Stippled ceilings painted white to all areas except laundry, storage*, and bathroom(s) which feature a smooth white paint finish.
1.2 Interior walls are primed and then painted with two coats of off-white, quality latex paint (kitchen, bathroom(s) painted satin off white, and all woodwork and trim painted with durable white semi-gloss paint). Paints have low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
1.3 7’-0” interior contemporary style doors with metal lever hardware to 9’-0” ceilings.
1.4 8’-0” interior contemporary style doors with metal lever hardware to 10’-0” ceilings.
1.5 5”, paint finish, contemporary styled baseboards for all suites, 3” matching door casing throughout.
1.6 Bathroom and laundry/storage areas to feature tile base.
1.7 Smooth white cultured marble window sills*.
1.8 Architecturally designed thermally isolated aluminum window frames with low-E coated, argon gas filled, double pane, sealed glazed units, with operable awning windows*.
1.9 White bathroom fixtures throughout.
1.10 On 3,7,8,9,10,11,12,16,17,18 the ceiling height of the unit on both floors will be approximately 9’-0”, measured from the upper surface of the concrete floor slab to the underside of the finished ceiling, provided however that various areas of the dwelling unit may contain (or be subject to) ceiling bulkheads and/or dropped ceilings, in order to facilitate the installation of structural components, mechanical systems and/or ductwork, and accordingly in those areas of the unit that are subject to said bulkheads and/or dropped ceilings the overall ceiling height will be reduced accordingly.
1.11 On floors PL,1,2,5,6,15,19,20, , and Penthouse (PH), the ceiling height of the unit will be approximately 10’-0”, measured from the upper surface of the concrete floor slab to the underside of the finished ceiling, provided however that various areas of the dwelling unit may contain (or be subject to) ceiling bulkheads and/or dropped ceilings, in order to facilitate the installation of structural components, mechanical systems and/or ductwork, and accordingly in those areas of the unit that are subject to said bulkheads and/or dropped ceilings the overall ceiling height will be reduced accordingly.

    • Bought in Dec 2016, 2 bdrm 785 sq. ft., ground floor, 14 ft. ceilings. VERY HAPPY. beautiful amenities, luxurious, well laid out (floor plans + lobby + design + amenities etc.). Yes it took 6 years, but worth the wait, if you think about it, 1 year delay is warranted and quite standard, but add the pandemic and the trade strike, things that were beyond their control. Upon arrival for my PDI, there was a bow on the door and a beautiful care package on the kitchen counter. Tridel sets the bar, no question. Responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout the last 6 weeks that I was settling in. Very happy with the finishings, appliances, fixtures - QUALITY.
