    • Be careful with your purchasing. I purchased Sage 3 years ago. I had 3 bad experiences:
      1. In8 lawyer made mistakes over charge me for the property paid, but never refund me. In8(Sage 3) lawyer was very bad attitude and believe I should tell his mistake. Fortunately, City of Waterloo Lawyer found his mistake. However, I never get my money back.
      2. Be careful with Zoning. I purchased commercial unit. At the very beginning I was told zoned everything including restaurant, but eventually, it is not.
      3. Be careful with the quality and warranty. In8 warranty certain time but no matter you use it or not. I purchasing the unit over 3 years with broken air-conditioner. However, I only rent it out for less 8 months, which means its air-conditioner broken after using 8 months. I have to hire a contractor to repair it. The contractor diagnosed the issue is the poor installation but In8 never reimburse me.
