    What do you like or dislike about this Agent: To be honest her speech on the phone is what threw me off. She used alot of jargon like 'you know', 'um', and 'sorta' which made her sound diffident. In person, the experience was much better. She was friendly and kind, though she appeared to play more of a supporting role to the condo sales agent.
