  • My fiancé and I worked with Kaur to find our first home. She relentlessly showed us property after property while we kept on changing our search criteria. Kaur was approachable, kind and accessible. She even stayed in touch with us while she had scheduled time off. We would definitely recommend her to all our friends and family and work with her again in the future. 
  • Kaur is one word, amazing! My girlfriend and I started looking for a property in July, 2015, we found some places that we really like (about 30 of them hahah) most of which were slightly out of my price range for the moment. I had a job lined up to double my income, Kaur recommended I should hold off on buying a property until I have a few months at my new position. In December, 2015 I connected Kaur again to move on a property... she sent me SO MANY to choose from. We saw pretty much all of them, she is by far the most patient person I've ever dealt with. Even when one of the properties we wanted started to fall through, Kaur fought the other agent for me to get a refund of our deposit, a week later we closed on another property. The property we bought wasn't even on the list we sent her that we wanted to see. We went to see another condo in a building and she says, "you know? There is another unit in this condo, let's go take a look", later that day, we made an offer hahaha. Kaur's great!
