TARION WARRANTY PROGRAM FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION
* The project shall meet the structural requirements and the health and safety standards of the Ontario building code.
* The home carries the following warranty which the Tarion warranty corporation guarantees;
* One year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
* Two year warranty against defects in workmanship and material including caulking, windows and doors, water penetration, defects as well as in the electrical plumbing and heating delivery / distribution systems.
* Seven year warranty against major structural defects. A major structural defect is defined in the Ontario new home warranty plan act as any defect and workmanship and materials that result in the failure of a load bearing part of the home structure or any defect and workmanship or a
material that adversely affect the use of the building as a home.

GENERAL SUITE FINISHES
* Ceiling height: all residences feature 9 foot high ceilings. Drop ceilings and bulkheads may occur in various locations such as the kitchen, bathrooms, closets, foyer, living room and laundry room.
* Ceiling finish: smooth painted drywall ceilings are provided to enhance the sophisticated, elegant image.
* Windows: expensive, double glazed, low “e”windows with sliding doors to private balconies.
