Grande Mirage

The building is beautiful, but these geniuses made the mistake of using a shared amenities concept where 3 buildings (600+ units) have to share a single gym, single pool, and single tennis court. It's nearly impossible to get into the gym before covid, now with covid and the completion of the building, there is now way to get into any of the the share amenities!

And good luck to anyone buying the unit on top of the garbage compactor (avoid at all costs). From my own experience (335) and talking with owners in 338, the compactors sometimes shake the entire unit and they run throughout the night until someone has called the concierge, and you can call the concierge so many times before they stop caring...
