Garden District Condos is a New Condo development by Hyde Park located at Shuter St & Church St, Toronto.
Hyde Park and The Sher Corporation presents the Garden District Condos to a pocket of Toronto going through a major revamping. Designed by ArchitectsAlliance, Garden District Condos will bring modernity to the transforming Garden District neighbourhood.
This asymmetrical tower will rise from a heritage structure at the base of the building with two-storey townhomes lining the ground level, 5,400 sq ft of indoor amenity space and 1,238 sq ft of outdoor amenity space. Parking spots are limited to a proposed 48 spots located in the underground lot. 252 bicycle spaces will be on-site as well.
