The idea, which will continue evolving, include two 6-story stepped platform, which relate in scale and articulation to the neighboring structures, bested by two interesting condo suite towers, from 82 to 92 stories. Each pinnacle has a corresponding yet specific structure, which fits with the history and character of the neighborhood.
