    • Worst management ever. I lived here for a year. They got 4 elevators could take residences. But the elevators were always broken. Their management team just didn’t care. There was also once that they had a flood from 5th floor to lobby. It took them quite long to get one elevator working. And we all had to use stairs for that two days. To be honest, I paid a lot for rents and for this location. But I really cannot deal with the elevator issue anymore. 
    • Great location. Nice amenities. 
    • Love this building! Been an owner for almost two years now. Construction is mostly completed, the building looks great, our property manager is competent and our board of directors are very active and doing a great job, they are led by Ray Blanchard, Darryl McGregor and George Laczko. I'm not familiar with the other two directors. AND what a lot of people don't realize is that a new subway entrance to Wellesley station will be opening in a couple of years right across the street from FIVE condos. Property values are only going up! Recent sales are in the $950/sq ft range.
