• All exterior colors and materials are architecturally controlled and pre-selected by the Vendor.
• Exterior features may include clay brick, stone, exterior insulated finishing systems, keystones and other complementary details and materials as per the construction plans.
• Durable, maintenance free pre-finished aluminum and/or vinyl soffits, fascia, eaves-trough and down spouts, as per elevations, all color coordinated.
