The Purchaser acknowledges that there may be colour variations for tile, porcelain, marble, laminate flooring and cabinets. Purchaser at Pre Delivery Inspection / Occupancy will accept such variations with appeal, based on supplier or manufacturers’ letter documenting colour variation in relation to colour ordered. Bulkheads or drops may be required for mechanical, plumbing or electrical services at Vendor’s sole discretion.
