      Bought a unit here myself, Amazing Amenities, Great Location (near Eatons/Yonge Dundas Square), and pretty decent build quality. Most of the issues are just your standard new build issues. The only real negative is the slightly higher than average condo fees (justified by the number of amenities), as well as the 5th floor concierge, not sure why it wasn't possible to have a regular ground floor lobby, but other than that all great!
      Have to say I'm quite happy.
      I read the other reviews, which seem to be from new owners when the building first started closings. All of the negative reviews refer to issues that are common in almost any 'pre-construction' project.
      Issues with deficiencies at closing - this is covered by the Tarion warranty, again quite common with most pre-construction projects
      Issues with 'closing costs' - the buyers likely did not get a lawyer review done, and so that would be their negligence. Again doesn't apply to the building itself, just their overall experience with pre-construction 
    • Typical new build issues, located in an area under gentrification. Overall happy.

    • $14k adjustment costs, maint cost hiked to $0.80/sq ft/month right after closing. Building has electric issues that makes our hydro bills outrageously high. Management decided to shut down power and hot water for 8 hours in the middle of January to the entire building to in attempt to fix the issue. Extremely shoddy interior, cutting corners at every turn, things breakdown within weeks. Easton's group is a scam of a builder. 
    • The build of this condo is horrendous, from start to finish. The craftsmanship is so shoddy, people's locks are literally breaking off their doors and it has not even been half a year. Cabinets installed crooked, bathrooms have been flooding, building management and security is beyond negligent, a resident was left with a bathroom full of feces and urine due to flooding for over 4 days. Outrageous maintenance fees, twice the average of much better quality condos in the downtown core, with subpar service, and they have the audacity to tack on over $10k in additional closing fees after utilizing the cheapest possible quality of materials & trying to pass on financial responsibilities to the buyers. 100s of tenants have vowed to never support/purchase any Gupta ventures in the future. It's shameful, this builder is fuelled by greed, and obviously do not care about the fact that there are real humans living in their buildings who suffer real consequences from their negligence. 
    • i’ve tried e-mailing, two, separate e-mails given to me by the concierge, i haven’t heard back from either, it’s been weeks, the first issue is packages have been being delivered, then, turned away by the concierge because they haven’t received the parcel paper, yet, even though i’ve sent everything in june, no one is getting back to me this is such the inconvenience, for two months the packages have been being turned away, no one is helping to resolve the issue, moreover there were issues with the hot water that lasted weeks, moreover there are issues with the cooling system here every other week since june, people, no doubt, will have larger electric bills because of the faulty cooling system here. moreover the staff here are incredibly unhelpful, rude, we were woken by some neighbours at three in the morning one night, we called the concierge to have the issue resolved, they refused to do anything, they said when they went to investigate there were no noise even when we called them, noticeably tired, at three in the morning saying we’re being woken by screaming, and yelling, they laughed, they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. moreover there are rodents in the building, this building is new, the hallways always smell like trash, moreover the fruit flies, moreover the garbage chutes, the doors for the chutes don’t lock after a certain time, people are using them throughout the nights, every night, it’s been upsetting my sleep, i’ve tried reaching management about these issues, to no avail, moreover we’re paying for amenities we aren’t getting, moreover there are incredibly, incredibly long lines for the elevators, moreover the staff here are incredibly unhelpful, rude, if i didn’t already mention, moreover i’ve tried reaching management about these issues, to no avail if i didn’t already mention.
