    • Where to start? Living here has been a nightmare. There was a THIRD major flood at the beginning of August and since then, we have had only 2 semi-functional elevators that stop working very often, so going up and down the stairs of a 57 stories building is a recurring theme. When elevators are working they are packed (since one is always on service or not working), even in the midst of a pandemic. Just waiting for a serious covid outbreak at some point. The board and management (ICC Property Management) have had zero accountability and there is no planning on how to overcome the current situation, even after almost 2 months into this disaster and neighbours emailing/calling every day. If you are planning to move here, as a buyer or a renter, we warned that you are heading towards caos. Just ask the people who are constantly having their movers stuck in elevators, or their moves cancelled unexpectedly with no remuneration for lost money and time from management. I am thankful I am only a renter, I would be flabbergasted if my life savings were invested in this cheap building that after only 2 years is breaking apart.
